​SkillX is the education development division of WENet Vietnam JSC, a company leveraging the technology of WENet Inc. (USA). We provide the TrainerEdge™ platform—an innovative solution for training and workforce development—aimed at promoting high-quality Vietnamese talent and products to global markets through the networks of WENet Inc. (USA) and WENet Japan.

Founded with the mission to transform education and enhance workforce capabilities, Skill X is committed to delivering high-quality training for the tech industry. Our vision is to become a leading chain of advanced technology training centers, forming the foundation of a robust ecosystem that supports local workforce export and the creation of world-class "Make in Vietnam" tech products.

SkillX pioneers a new learning model focused on practical, skill-based training. We develop digital learning content and training programs, and expand our reach through alliances and franchise partnerships with educational institutions. Our goal is to supply a large, skilled workforce for both domestic needs and international markets—particularly the U.S. and Japan—focusing on Cloud Services, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and AI Agent Development. Vietnam’s young talent pool, with over 57,000 IT graduates annually (2023), is a key driver of this mission.

Our Training Center Network operates under a collaborative alliance and franchise model, enabling large-scale workforce development. SkillX provides training programs, digital content, systems, and marketing support to connect talent with industry demands.

Together with WENet, we are building a Technology Talent Ecosystem that connects training providers, educational institutions, and hiring partners. This ecosystem includes:

  1. Partners contributing training programs and content.
  2. A network of training centers.
  3. Employers recruiting trained professionals to develop products and services, including offshore development and service centers (ODSC) for international clients.
